The Work of the Spirit in Our Union with Christ

In our old life in Adam, we failed to be faithful image bearers. Though made in the image of God, we followed our deceitful desires and did not love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Our old life didn’t bear the fruit of the Spirit. Our old life wasn’t lived for the glory of God. Our old life wasn’t on the path of wisdom.
